Allison Cook is a three-time Miss Oregon.
She has served as a state titleholder in the Miss America Organization (Miss Oregon 2013), International Junior Miss Program (IJM Miss Oregon 2018), and Miss USA Organization (Miss Oregon USA 2021).

Allison Cook is a former basketball and volleyball referee. She officiated basketball for 8 years including an Oregon State Tournament As a Division I and Division II Volleyball Lines Judge, Allison officiated many games including the 2022 Big Sky Conference Championship Tournament.

Allison Cook is a classically trained violinist who has transitioned into fiddle and improvisational styles. She began her training at age 5 through the Suzuki Method and eventually expanded into orchestral performance, musical theory, and solo endeavors.
